What kind of a Facebooker are you?

Whenever I chat to people about Facebook I refer to it as a ‘Necessary Evil’ in SA. I’m not a massive fan of Facebook – it’s a ‘closed’ network and also I feel that once people have re-connected and scanned photographs they then move on. I mean, if you haven’t interacted IRL (In Real Life) with someone in 20 years then are you about to start now?

That being said, it is a very popular social network in SA, the most popular at the moment in fact. Mainly because users view it as a space where they can house everything – pics, updates, notes etc.

At the moment I’m going through a bit of a Facebook ‘friend’ clean-up….I’m irritated by some people who feel the need to air their dirty laundry in public.  Which is why this funny article by CNN made me laugh: ‘The 12 most annoying types of Facebookers.’ Check it out, you’ll recognise many of the personalities and perhaps, if you’re honest, you’ll even identify yourself
