Starting at a new job always has a level of stress involved. Your first day is packed with first impressions for both you and the team members. In short, your employee is a STAR that can and will go the distance…you just need to add recognition. Add it too often and the employee is spoilt. Add too little and the employee is at first disheartened, then bitter and then dies to your vision of what you want to achieve and just becomes an expendable asset.
